Item | Description |
T410 | Type 410 is an UL recognized 220oC aramid based insulation paper. It is a calendered paper that offers high dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience. Type 410 is fully compatible with transformer fluids. This is the preferred product for dry-type (air cool) transformer. |
T411 | Type 411 is the uncalendered precursor of the Type 410. It has lower electrical and mechanical properties, compared to Type 410. |
T414 | Type 414 is designed for applications requiring a flexible and conformable material. It is electrically and thermally similar to Type 410, but is calendered under different conditions to provide unique fold endurance. Type 414 is designed for use as motor slot liner and for linear wrapping of wire in transformers. |
T818 | Type 818 contents around more mica value than Type 410. It is designed for high-voltage applications, including motor conductor and coil wrap, transformer ground and layer insulation. |
T410/T411
Creped paper |
T410 / T411 creped paper is used as a wire wrap material in many transformer and motor applications. Creping allows the paper to have significantly better elongation, so it is suitable to be used in wire wrapping where the wire is turned to different angel. |
T910 | T910 is insulating paper designed for oil immersed transformer. |
T992 | Type 992 is a low-density pressboard which is designed for applications requiring a combination of electrical, mechanical and forming characteristics, such as barrier, gap spacers, end fillers, core tubes, and coil yokes. |
T993 | Type 993 is a medium-density pressboard which offers a balance of rigidity and conformability along with outstanding saturability and excellent properties in air and oil. |
T994 | Type 994 is a densified, rigid board which has a unique combination of superior resistance to compression, even at elevated temperatures, along with relatively high oil absorption characteristics. This combination results in a product which is especially useful as spacers or other structural components in liquid-filled systems. |
